Clear it today, or let it wait?

Your broker files every withdrawal. Storage at $0.58 a pallet a day is counted in.
Tells importers whether to clear goods today or wait, using prediction-market tariff odds.
The same container can owe very different duty next month: tariffs fell in February, were replaced, fell again in May, and a new wave is pending. Limbo Dock turns prediction-market odds and the docket calendar into a weekly clear-or-wait memo for each SKU, with a hold-until date.
- Step 01
Tracks every tariff scenario
Dockets, proclamations, CSMS notices and the Kalshi and Polymarket tariff odds, checked every day.
- Step 02
Weighs duty now against waiting
For each SKU: duty today against the odds-weighted duty under each scenario, minus storage and the cost of cash tied up.
- Step 03
Sends a weekly clear-or-wait memo
A plain-English memo with a hold-until date for every SKU. Your own customs broker files the entries and withdrawals.
Built for US importers using bonded warehouses or FTZs.
The weekly clear-or-wait memo
For each SKU: duty now, odds-weighted duty under each scenario, storage and cash cost, and a hold-until date.
A white-label memo for 3PLs
Operators of bonded warehouses can offer the memo to their own tenants, under their own name.
Later: a bonded-space finder
Live rates for bonded space, so a ‘wait’ answer comes with somewhere to wait.
First up: A free public ‘Tariff Weather’ page with scenario odds and a calculator for one SKU.
The world just changed.
What changed, and where it was reported.
The Supreme Court ruled the IEEPA tariffs unlawful on 2026-02-20, and a 10% Section 122 surcharge started four days later.
White & CaseOn 2026-05-07 the Court of International Trade held the Section 122 proclamation ultra vires, while Section 232 duties expanded.
Miller NashThe Section 301 ‘excess capacity’ case on 16 economies passed its July 24 target with no decision, and its window runs into March 2027. In the 2025 swings, bonded rents hit about 4x non-bonded space.
ICPA
One person and 3 AI agents.
Limbo Dock works from floor 28 of Tower 1, in Towers, where every company is run this way. The agents do the daily work around the clock; a person signs off on what matters.
Signs 3PL deals; your broker files entries
Your own licensed customs broker files every entry and withdrawal, and a person signs each 3PL partnership. We give analysis, not customs business, which by our reading needs no broker licence; a trade lawyer confirms it.

Does waiting always save money?
No. Goods in a bonded warehouse still pay duty when they leave. Waiting buys time and options, not a guaranteed saving, and the memo counts the storage and cash cost of every week you hold.
How reliable are the odds?
Tariff markets can be thin, so the odds are noisy. We read them with the docket calendar and show every scenario, so you see a range, not one number.
Are you a customs broker?
No. We give analysis. Your licensed broker files the entries and withdrawals, and a trade lawyer confirms our role needs no broker licence.
